Want to learn how to inject toxins and fillers at the same time? We have just the course for you: Dual Intro to Toxin and Basic Filler course.
It’s one of our most popular courses, especially for medical practitioners who want to level up their skills quickly or add more to the roster of services they offer.
This 2-day dual intro course is also a great springboard for those who want to have a solid foundational knowledge about neurotoxins and fillers. The course will also teach you the latest and safest injection techniques and all the knowledge you need to be a successful injector.
Both toxin and basic filler training cover theoretical knowledge and hands-on training on live patient models.
Basic filler training will touch on the importance of patient consultation, setting client expectations, and explaining risks and contraindications.
This portion of the course will also teach you proper injection techniques—from bolus to cross-hatching—and treatment processes that include the latest dermal fillers for lip augmentation, smoothing lines, contouring, and overall rejuvenation of the face.
You can’t learn to inject neurotoxins without understanding the different concepts of beauty, ideal facial features, facial anatomy, and the muscles responsible for the different facial expressions.
Toxin injection training will cover all of that plus the practical aspect of the course which includes a demonstration of injections on the upper and lower face. There will also be hands-on training to treat frown and forehead lines, crow’s feet, brow lift, platysmal neck bands, chin dimpling, and more.
Dual Intro to Toxin and Basic Filler course covers the basics of toxins and dermal fillers to all registered medical practitioners including dentists, general physicians, and nurses.
Students will have a deeper understanding of the anatomy, the mechanical functions of the facial muscles, and the numerous connections it has to the overlaying cutaneous tissues.
Other factors that can help achieve the desired outcome will also be discussed such as:
Understanding the aging process is crucial in attaining the goal of the toxin and/or filler injection. Thus, these topics will also be touched upon:
Injectors do not just inject anyone without first conducting patient assessment and consultation. In this section of the course, students will learn the following:
Students will move from theoretical discussion to watching actual demonstrations performed by our expert trainers. This is followed by hands-on training of students to live patient models.
There are a number of factors involved in achieving optimal aesthetic outcomes from dermal fillers. All those factors will be covered in this section of the course including:
The hands-on training for both dermal fillers and neurotoxins has a 2:1 trainee: trainer ratio. This way, students are guaranteed to benefit from an in-depth, comprehensive experience that will teach them how to safely and effectively administer various brands of dermal fillers and neurotoxins.
